- MiniRosa reserves the right to modify the assortment of products offered at any time.

3. PRICE

- Prices displayed are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
- Delivery costs are calculated in addition when confirming the order, depending on the delivery address and the amount of the order.
- MiniRosa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rates in effect at the time of the order.

4. ORDER

- Validation of the order by the customer constitutes firm acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
- MiniRosa reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of non-payment, incorrect address, or for any other legitimate reason.

5. PAYMENT

- Payments are made online via secure means. Options include: credit card, PayPal, and other solutions offered on the site.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.

6. DELIVERY

- Deliveries are limited to Europe. Orders placed from abroad must indicate a delivery address in Europe.
- Estimated delivery times are 2 to 4 working days for Europe (excluding special areas), and 3 to 5 working days for Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
- Delivery costs are €10 for orders up to €124.99 and free above €125 (excluding special areas). For special areas, the costs are €25.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

- In accordance with the legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days after receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without justification.
- Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

8. REFUNDS

- Refunds are made after receipt and inspection of returned items.
- Once validated, the refund is made within 10 working days via the initial payment method.

9. WARRANTIES

- The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
