Following your online purchase, you have 14 days from receipt of your product to request a return or refund.

During this period, you can return the product that does not suit you, at your own expense and without further penalty.

To do this, please send an email via the “Contact us” section, specifying the following information:

• The order number.
• The reason for the return.

After sending this email, you have 7 days to return the package, attaching the purchase invoice and the duly completed product return form. The return address is on the back of the return form that accompanies the package.

The right of withdrawal will only be accepted for products returned in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Products returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, or not in accordance with the procedure described will not be refunded. They will be kept at your disposal at your expense, risk and peril.

The refund will be made by transfer within a maximum of 10 days after receipt of the product by MiniRosa and confirmation that it meets the return conditions.
