Frequently Asked Questions
How does product development work?
We are available to discuss your needs, followed by a proposal phase (materials, shapes, ranges). We can produce custom models with minimum quantities to be agreed upon together.
What are the minimum production quantities?
Always reasonable, adjusted to our capacity and the artisans' pace, while respecting quality. The minimum order amount varies by product. As an indication, 15 pieces/model.
How is shipping and transportation organized?
According to the EXW (Ex-Works) Incoterm, transportation is to be arranged by the partner from France. Depending on the volume and size of the order, we offer a flat rate for shipping within Europe.
What are the production times?
MiniRosa commits to a variable delivery date of 8 to 10 weeks after order confirmation for artisanal production of our existing references. In the case of new product design, the prototype design phase is separate.
Who performs quality control?
Performed by MiniRosa.
How are prices determined?
To be discussed depending on the ranges. We do not have a standard price catalog. Each project is unique, as is each price. We charge in € + VAT.
What are the payment terms?
A down payment is required upon order confirmation and the balance before shipment.
Is it possible to visit your showroom?
We are available to discuss and refine the outlines of a respectful, creative, and demanding partnership.
